Coming up for proposal in July 2023 is Mahana Ward Village, a fresh mixed-use real estate development in the heart of Kakaako Development District's Land Block 1. As the proposed 12th tower in the Ward Village community, Mahana plans to house a total of 340 condos across 34 floors. The unit composition will include a variety of living spaces: 56 studios, 156 1-bedroom units, 76 2-bedroom units, and 52 3-bedroom units. Sales for these units are anticipated to commence later in 2023.
